Gail Moran
Co-Founder
While enjoying the flexibility provided by passing the torch to the next generations, Gail is still intimately involved day-to-day, in many branches of the Covey Ecosystem, providing wisdom and direction. She also spearheads the family’s philanthropic efforts by leading the Moran Family Foundation. -
Jacey Grider
Executive Chairman
Representing the Covey's third generation of family leadership, Jacey’s passion and focus is on long term legacy and estate planning, family governance, strategic planning, and philanthropy. She is also a sought after advisor, serving on several boards. -
Matt Grider
Director
Matt serves as a member of the Investment Committee. He also leads the agricultural operation and real estate property management division of the Family Office. -
Kim Cobb
President
Kim focuses on strategic initiatives, operations leadership, and our investment portfolio management. She serves businesses and their owners through board involvement and by providing advisory services. -
Erica Pickens
Corporate Controller
Erica leads day to day operations of several of the portfolio companies, particularly focusing on financial accounting management, advisory services and client relations. In addition, she serves as the Treasurer to the Moran Family Foundation.
